Does Tapout Collectables have a store I can visit?

Unfortunately, not (but it is part of the bigger picture!). We are an online only store with no physical location open to the public.

Why don’t you sell Pop! Vinyls?

Unfortunately, at launch we were unable to secure an Australian distributor for Funko and Pop! Vinyl products. Due to each territory having an exclusive distributor for these products in every part of the world we were also unable to source from overseas. However, we hope to bring you these in the very near future! We’re working on it!

Do you offer After Pay or Zip Pay?

Both payment options are on the way! Watch this space! For now, we can offer Layby – send an email to info@tapoutcollectables.com.au for more information.

Shipping

Tapout Collectables ships Australia-wide (not including PO Boxes) via Australia Post. Each shipment will receive a Tracking Number. At this stage we do not offer shipping to international addresses.

If an incorrect address was put on your order, and your parcel has been sent, we are not able to re-direct it. If the parcel is returned to us, we will treat it like every other return. The parcel can be re-sent at your own cost, or your items costs can be refunded.

Tapout Collectables does not take any responsibility for parcels that are sent to an incorrect address and won’t refund any money if a parcel is sent to an incorrect address due to the buyer.

Your shipping costs will not be refunded if you had free shipping and a re-stocking fee of shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Tapout Collectables handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Tapout Collectables.

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

PRE-ORDERS

A Pre-Order is a product which has not yet come into stock, but can instead be pre-purchased by customers to secure a purchase of your chosen product once it is released or has come into stock.

Pre-Order items must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

Pre-Order products will display an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) date in the product description.

ETA date displayed is the most recent date which Tapout Collectables has been given by the distributor and is, as such, handled at the discretion of our distributor. Tapout Collectables is not liable for any changes to this date, as these changes are unfortunately beyond our control. Please note that the ETA may not update once passing the displayed date if it has been delayed by the distributor, and will continue to display the same date until a more up-to-date one is provided.

Once in stock, the items will then be shipped out to your delivery address.

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, it will ship out only once all items are in stock.

Pre-Order products are subject to ETA or release date changes and cancellation. Please be aware that in the instance a Pre-Order product is made unavailable either due to removal of the product, a stock miscount, or human error, you will be entitled to a full refund of the product.

In the event you should choose to cancel your Pre-Order a cancellation fee of 20% will apply. Pre-Order products which are delayed and are made subject to a change of ETA will be treated as standard cancellations and are also subject to this fee.
